It is up to the customer to provide access to their property including but not limited to; acceptable roads, tree trimming, written permission to cross a neighbor's property, etc. For a nominal fee Wampler's Homes, Inc. will send a representative to check the roads as well as inspect the site where the home will be placed for accessibility.
